General rules for cancelling an appointment for psychotherapy counselling:

• via text message or by telephone to Eva de Vleminck

• via rosa.be, by telephone or by e-mail to Dr Dietrich

• at least 48 hours before the appointment

• if an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand, a € 35 fee will be charged

• if an appointment is NOT cancelled we ask for payment of the full amount for a therapy session
